Real estate is a powerful thing.  Where you live becomes the center of your universe; your “home base” and a place where memories are made.  I was born and raised in the Colonie area and also raised two daughters locally.  When my daughters approached college age, my husband and I came up with a plan to finance their education.  He is a contractor and I am an accountant.  We began buying, renovating and selling homes in 2007.  Together we have put over 30 vacant and neglected properties back on the tax map in addition to financing our daughter’s educations.  Our plan worked and I am now delving into the next chapter by helping clients achieve their dreams, plans and success stories.
